Brief biographical introduction:Mr. Samuel Essel is a Physiology Lecturer, a Research Scientist and a Physician Assistant at the Department of Physician Assistantship Studies – Central University. He holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Physiology from University of Ghana. Has more than four (4) years teaching experience in practical Physiology; five (5) years working experiencing in Medical Laboratory practice and more than five (5) years experience in clinical care. He is currently the Departmental Examination Officer and the Coordinator of Pre-Clinical Sciences at the Physician Assistantship studies department.
Research interests: include ‘arterial stiffness’ with particular focus on the cardiometabolic consequence ofHIV treatment and disease.
