MR. GEORGE HUGHES

Brief Biographical introduction: George has extensive expertise teaching Economics at the secondary and tertiary levels as a full-time lecturer at Meridian University College, Wintec Professional Institute (ICM), Central Pre-University & Professional Institute (CPPI), and Central University for more than ten years, during which time he has taught Introduction to Economics, Principles of Economics, Economy of Ghana, Labour Economics, Mathematics for Economists, Intermediate Economics, and Advanced Economic Theory. He has an MPhil in Economics from the KNUST in Ghana.

Research Interests: These include mathematics, statistics, Microeconomics, Development and Health Economics issues as mental, maternal and infant health, Antimicrobial Resistance.
