The University Community and the General Public are hereby informed about the 24th Congregation Ceremony of the University, scheduled for Wednesday, 19th November 2025, at the ICGC Christ Temple East, Teshie.
This significant milestone in the University’s calendar will celebrate the achievements of over a thousand graduating students, some of whom have distinguished themselves through exceptional academic performance.
This year’s ceremony will be held in two sessions:
- Morning Session: 9:00 a.m. for graduands in the Central Business School, the School of Medical Sciences, the School of Pharmacy and the School of Graduate Studies & Research.
- Afternoon Session: 1:00 p.m. for the School of Nursing & Midwifery, the School of Engineering & Technology, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences, Faculty of Law and the School of Architecture & Design.
Graduands are to note the following:
- Visit https://secure.theclearinghub.com/my-central to complete the clearance formalities.
- Only graduands who have fully paid their fees will have their names published in the congregation brochure
- Academic gowns will be made available at the Students Services Centres on the Miotso, Christ Temple and Kumasi Campuses from 5th – 18th November, 2025.
- There will be rehearsals for all graduands on Wednesday, 18th November 2025, at ICGC Christ Temple East, Teshie, at 2:00 pm prompt.
The event will be in-person and also streamed live on the University’s social media handles for the benefit of the general public.
